Gloss art paper, matt/dull art paper, offset paper, uncoated paper, special paper.

Art paper are smooth, and satin paper is closer to matt art paper.

Backing or stand, thick grey board or kraft board.

Metal wires.

Paper Options:(in GSM)

Monthly pages: 128g,157g,200g,250gsm.

Backing board: 300g,350gsm white card, kraft board, grey board mounted with art paper and laminated outside.

(A variety of paper options, some special weight is negotiable.)

Standard Size:

Trimmed to finished size: standard A4,A5,A6.

Printing:

Offset print,Color front no back, color front B&W back, color both sides.

Full color print, CMYK, Pantone colors, Vegetable inks printing, environmental ink printing.

Production Process:

Die-cut, gloss / matt / figured lamination(celloglaze), Laser / UV coating, foil stamp, emboss, aqueous coat, gloss / matt varnish, hole punching, shrink-wrapping, perforation, flap, crease and fold.

Packaging:

Wrapped by films or water-proof paper, packed into standard export cartons, then packed onto solid pallets.

MOQ:

1000copies each design, but 3000copies are the most economic quantity.

Timing:

Estimated 12~24hours for sample, and 10~15days for bulk production.

3 hours forward to Shanghai Seaport Store(by sea or air).

3 days finish Chinese customs and placed into ship by sea, and 1 day by air.
