Material:

Paper and card for inserts and dividers, Paper/PVC and grey board for binder.   

Stainless steel for Clamp files, ring can be O shape or D shape, 2 rings, 3 rings, 4 rings.

Paper Options:(in GSM)

Covering 3 insert sheets material is usually 157gsm gloss/matt art paper color printed. 

Covering material in PVC can be customized colors, usually white, black; or made of case binder thickness from 2.5mm~3.5mm.

Inner pages can be art paper, uncoated paper, special paper.

For inner insert pages: Art paper in 105g,128g,157g,200gsm; Uncoated paper in 70g, 80g, 90g, 100g, 120g, 140g, 200gsm.

For divider tab pages: 350gsm coated or uncoated paper or plastic divider, one or two sides printed.

(A variety of paper options, some special weight can be negotiated.)

Standard Size: 

Trimmed to finished size: suitable for standard A4 size.  

Popular sizes for binder: H 315mm x W 270mm x Spine(35, 40,45,50,55,60,65)mm or other size can be negotiable.

Ring sizes: Height 25,30,35,40,45,50mm

Divider with die-cut index size: H 297mm x W 225mm(or 220mm) 

Printing: 

Offset print.

Full color print, CMYK, Pantone colors, Vegetable inks printing, environmental ink printing.

Production Process:

Die-cut, gloss / matt / figured lamination(celloglaze), aqueous coating, gloss / matt varnishing, Laser / UV coating, foil stamping, debossing, embossing, imprint, shrink-wrapping, hole punching, perforation, flapping, crease and folding, etc.

The technique of Foil Stamping and UV Coating have many challenges involving technique, materials, artwork and colors.

Packaging:

Wrapped by OPP bags individually and water-proof paper, packed into standard export cartons, then packed onto solid pallets.

MOQ: 

1000copies each design, but 3000copies are the most economic quantity.  

Timing:

Estimated 5~7days for sample, and 15~20days for bulk production.

3 hours forward to Shanghai Seaport Store(by sea or air).

3 days finish Chinese customs and placed into ship by sea, and 1 day by air.
