The PET recycling line has the following functions:

Bale breaking :breaking the baled bottles into single bottle.

Trommel screening: removing mostly sand/earth/glass contaminants

Label removing: removing 80-90% label

Sorting: sorting out the non-PET bottles

Grinding: grinding PET bottles into flakes.

Flakes Washing: washing the crushed PET flakes

Separating: separating caps automatically

Hot washing: removing the oil and glue

Dewatering: dewatering the washed PET flakes

Auto-bagging: bagging the end flakes
